Chakravyuh 2014 – The Grand Beginning
The inaugural edition of Chakravyuh took place on 4th, 5th, and 6th April 2014, marking the beginning of a vibrant tradition at Alva’s Institute of Engineering and Technology. With participation from over 2,000 students representing 80 colleges across the country, the three-day festival featured more than 100 competitions. The event was inaugurated by the respected Mr. Nagathihalli Chandrashekar, whose presence added prestige to the occasion. One of the biggest attractions of Chakravyuh 2014 was a live concert by Euphoria, one of India’s most celebrated bands at the time. The fest also included engaging attractions like the Motorig Auto Expo, Arcadia spot gaming zone, Hogathon eating challenge, and stand-up comedy shows. Witnessed by an external audience of over 10,000 people, Chakravyuh 2014 set a high benchmark and established AIET as a centre for large-scale student events.
