Alva’s Institute of Engineering and Technology (AIET) proudly hosts a Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) recognized Research Centre under the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering. The centre fosters cutting-edge research, advanced experimentation, and innovation in various domains such as MEMS Lab, Linux Lab, Envision Lab, Innovation and We Lab, and the e-Yantra Robotics Lab.

Our mission is to provide a stimulating environment where faculty, research scholars, and students collaborate to push the boundaries of technology, contributing to both academic excellence and real-world industrial applications.

MEMS Lab

The Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems (MEMS) Lab allows scholars to explore micro-scale devices, sensors, and energy harvesting systems, contributing to innovations in automotive, healthcare, and industrial applications.

Linux Lab

The Linux Lab provides a platform for research in open-source systems, network security, and advanced computing applications, enabling scholars to develop practical and scalable software solutions.

Envision Lab

The Envision Lab emphasizes simulation, modeling, and visualization of complex electronic systems, fostering research in signal processing, embedded systems, and communications technology.

Innovation and We Lab
