ISE Department forum, “Techgeekz”, conducted a splendid event ‘Avani- Kesard Onji Dina’ on 28th November 2021 at Vishnumurthi temple. The event was traditionally inaugurated by Chief Guest, Mr. Saiyeesh chouta, Sumathi Plantations, Mijarguthu and Principal, Dr. Peter Fernandes, Prof.Sudheer Shetty HOD, Forum coordinator Mr.Manjunath H R and student coordinator Bhuvan S T. Principal said that, such events aptly conveys the significance of conserving the nature with utmost care for the future generations. He also focused on traditional mud games and its importance.
The whole arena was set for the event, by the students of ISE, a day earlier, with the help of coordinators of AIET. The faculties of ISE and other departments set the pace for mud sports events, by beginning with the running race competition. Many other sports events were conducted like Volleyball, Kabaddi, Throw ball, Treasure Hunt, Three Leg Race, Uppu moote Race, paaley Race and Football. More than 500+ Students participated actively in the event.
With the noble goal of honouring those who have achieved significant success in the world of agriculture, we presented them with traditional mementoes.
All of the events were well-coordinated, and the event was a huge success, with even us receiving awards.
