VTU Inter college Youth fest was organized by Bheemanna Khandre institute of Technology, Bhalki, Bidar District from November 2nd to 4th 2018. Total 38 students participated in different category events and our students secured 2nd runner place.
The Function was inaugurated by the current Education Minister Sri G.T.Devegouda and Shri Dinesh GunduRao President, KPCC along with Sri Eshwar Khandre current General Secretary, KPCC & Chairman for Bheemanna Khandre Education Society.

VTU YOUTH FESTIVAL 2016-17
16th – 19th March 2017
Alva’s Institute of Engineering and Technology has participated in the 17th State level VTU Inter Collegiate Youth Festival YUVA KALANJALI hosted by Sir M Visvesvaraya Institute of Technology, Bengaluru from March 16th to 19th , 2017. A total 35 students of AIET had participated in five different category events and our students bagged Overall First Runner Up.
This annual four-day Yuva-Kalanjali extravaganza was inaugurated by Dr.M.H.Ambareesh, Former Minister of Housing, Govt. of Karnataka, Dr.Karisiddappa, Vice Chancellor, VTU Belagavi and many other dignitaries. The event had culminated with a valedictory function presided by Dr.Suma Sudhindhra, renowned Veena artist. The Youth Festival was included with 25 different competitions under 5 categories.
Out of 127 participating colleges affiliated to VTU, the students of AIET are awarded with 4 Gold, 2 Silver and 1 Bronze medals collectively and won overall First Runner Up.
