REPORT ON SCHOOL VISIT

On 11th March, MBA students of HR Forum of Alvas Engineering & Technology conducted a school visit. The program was initiated by HOD Priya Sequeira and assistant Professor Guru Prasad pai along with HR coordinators Suhan and Jasmine. The principal of the school, Loona Mam, greeted us and welcomed us to the school.

Formal Program:

The formal program started at 9:15 AM with a total of 131 students. The students were from different grades and classes, ranging from 1st to 7th standard. The program started with various competitions that were conducted for different classes. The details of the competitions are as follows:

Action Song Singing Competition – This competition was conducted for 1st standard students, and it started at 10:00 AM.

Storytelling Competition – This competition was conducted for 2nd and 3rd standard students, and it started at 10:00 AM.

Drawing Competition – This competition was conducted for 4th and 5th standard students, and it started at 10:00 AM.

Quiz Competitions – This competition was conducted for 6th and 7th standard students, and it started at 10:00 AM.

Games:

Around 11:15 AM, games were conducted for the students. Different games were conducted for students of different standards. The details of the games conducted are as follows:

Passing the Ball – This game was conducted for 1st and 2nd standard students.

Lemon and Spoon Race – This game was conducted for 3rd and 4th standard students.

Musical Chair – This game was conducted for 5th standard students.

Balloon Fight – This game was conducted for 6th and 7th standard students.

Refreshments:

After the games, refreshments were provided to the students. The students enjoyed the refreshments, and it was a great opportunity for them to socialize and interact with each other.

Cultural Program:

At 12:00 PM, a cultural program was conducted by MBA students to entertain the kids. The program was well-received, and the students thoroughly enjoyed the various performances. After the cultural program, the prize distribution was conducted to acknowledge the winners of the competitions. The event ended with a vote of thanks.

Conclusion:

The school visit conducted by the HR Forum of Alvas College was a great success. The students enjoyed the competitions, games, and cultural program. The event was well-organized, and the students actively participated in all the activities. The visit was a great opportunity for the college students to engage with young students and promote learning and entertainment. Overall, it was a fulfilling and enriching experience for everyone involved.
