The Blockchain Development Bootcamp, organized by the Edwin’s Club in association with Cmaniax Forum, Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Alva’s Institute of Engineering & Technology, commenced on October 22
The event began with a brief introduction by Ms. Kanishka, one of the student, who welcomed the attendees and introduced the esteemed guests to the audience. Ms. Kanishka highlighted the goal of the boot camp: to provide students with hands-on experience in block chain technology, a field rapidly gaining traction in various industries.
In his introductory remarks, Ms. Kanishka introduced Mr. Jetso Analin, Co-Founder of Web 5 Nexus, an industry leader in block chain solutions, and Prof. Rupesh Mishra, Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Engineering at SFIT, Mumbai. Both guests brought valuable expertise and insight, which set a professional and inspiring tone for the event.
Dr. Manjunath Kottari the Head of the Department (HOD) took the stage to deliver a formal welcome address. In his speech, the HOD emphasized the importance of block chain technology in shaping the future of secure and decentralized data management.
Dr Aslam Nandyal highlighted Alva’s dedication to providing its students with opportunities to engage with real-world technologies, encouraging them to embrace new concepts and actively participate in the boot camp sessions.
In closing, the HOD extended a warm welcome to Prof. Rupesh Mishra and thanked him for taking the time to share his knowledge with the students.
