Event: Product Launch
The Product Launch event was more than just an academic exercise—it was a lively, engaging experience that brought students together to think like real-world marketers. The atmosphere in the MBA seminar hall was buzzing with excitement as teams gathered, exchanged ideas, and put their creativity to the test. With energy levels high and a healthy sense of competition in the air, students stepped into the shoes of brand managers, working under time pressure to develop, design, and pitch unique product ideas. It was a refreshing break from regular classroom learning, and offered a practical, hands-on opportunity to apply marketing theories in a fun and meaningful way.

The Product Launch event was a high-energy, immersive experience that truly energized the atmosphere and brought out the best in students where participants were required to conceptualize, design, and present a new product to a panel of judges. The activity simulated a real-time corporate launch environment to help students understand the importance of market research, branding, strategic planning, and effective communication. Each team was given a brief period to brainstorm, develop a product idea, craft a compelling pitch, and finally present it with a mix of nervous excitement and confidence in front of the audience and evaluators. The session not only helped improve presentation skills but also encouraged out-of-the-box thinking and strategic planning, making students feel more connected to the realities of the business world. Many students were visibly excited, and the seminar hall buzzed with energy and laughter. A few groups even had spontaneous team huddles before presenting, cheering each other on. Some students, who were usually shy in class, came forward confidently with fresh ideas, surprising even their friends.
Outcomes:

Total 120 students participated in this activity.The level of enthusiasm was infectious. Faculty members noted that the event brought out a new side of many students — more energetic, more confident, and more entrepreneurial.Unexpected questions from the judges added to the pressure, but teams tackled them with creativity. Some even turned tricky questions into humorous or smart moments that impressed everyone.One team shared that their biggest learning wasn’t the product design but learning to listen and adapt to their teammates’ ideas
