PG Department of Business Administration organised HR ACTIVITIES to the II year MBA students on 29-12-2023, Friday between 10:00AM to 12:40 PM. The students were divided into 10 teams of 12 students each.
1st Round – Puzzle Activity
2nd Round – Job Appraisal (case study)
Each activity has been participated by different members of the team.
In job appraisal activity the participants are analyze the case study and in that they choose one candidate to their organization out of 5 candidates and give the strong reason to reject the remaining candidates
OUTCOMES:
- Students could understand how companies select the employees to their organization
- Students were able to improve the analytical and presentation skills
- Students developed team involvement, exchange of ideas and overall individual improvement

CONCLUSION:
The Activity conducted by the HR Forum of MBA dept was a great success. The students enjoyed the activities, the event was well organized and students actively participated in the activities. Over all it was a fulfilling and enriching experience for everyone involved. Total of 120 students benefited from the activity
